Direct from Supplier to Consumer Program: Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier on our behalf. Because of this model, returns and refunds may involve coordination with our fulfillment partner. Product details have been supplied by the manufacturer and may be hosted by a third party.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • Item is not listed under Non-Returnable Items (see Section 4)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@wellnesslifestyleshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
  3. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  4. Once approved, we will coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer to arrange the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or installed
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or components
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Defective/damaged/incorrect items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If confirmed, we will cover return shipping or arrange an alternative resolution.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Photograph the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wellnesslifestyleshop.com.
  3. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We will coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer and arrange a replacement, parts, or full refund as appropriate.

7. Missing Items

If something is missing from your order or package:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a description of the missing item(s).

We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.

8. Refunds

  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund timing: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Bank or card processing times may add additional days.
  • Partial refunds: May be issued if items are returned in a condition that does not meet full eligibility requirements.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by our supplier or manufacturer. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@wellnesslifestyleshop.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

Order Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Cancellation requests must be submitted before this cut-off to be considered for same-day cancellation.

11. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under U.S. consumer protection law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting.
