We curate and source wellness and recovery products — including infrared saunas, cold plunges, and massage chairs — from trusted third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Wellness Lifestyle Shop is not a manufacturer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands featured on this site unless explicitly stated.
📦 Direct from Supplier to Consumer Program: Wellness Lifestyle Shop sources and sells products through our supplier network. We do not stock, handle, or ship products ourselves. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier on our behalf within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). When you place an order, we coordinate with our fulfillment partner to dispatch your item. To complete your order, we share necessary information (such as your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details) with our fulfillment partners. These parties are only authorized to use your information to fulfill your order. Tracking information is provided by the supplier or carrier once your order has been dispatched. Product details, images, and specifications have been supplied by the manufacturer and may be hosted by a third party.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers or manufacturers on our behalf as part of our Direct from Supplier to Consumer Program.

- Destination: Contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)
- Delivery time: 3 to 9 business days total (handling + transit)
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM PST on business days
- Coverage: All products unless a product page states otherwise
- Shipping cost: free shipping on orders $100+
2. Shipping Destinations
Contiguous United States Only
- We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
- We may not be able to ship to certain P.O. boxes or locations that cannot accept carrier delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
- Orders $100 and above: Free Standard Shipping
All shipping costs are shown at checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees from us. Applicable taxes may still apply at checkout when required by law.
Note: Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Order Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Total delivery time is typically 3 to 9 business days from the time your order is processed. This total includes supplier handling time and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Because orders are fulfilled directly by our supplier or manufacturer, dispatch times may be subject to the supplier's processing schedule. If an item requires extra time (for example, due to product size, supplier processing, or custom handling), the product page will display an updated estimate. Any product-page estimate will override the general timing above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via trusted national carriers coordinated by our fulfillment partners (manufacturers or suppliers). Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or similar services based on destination and package size. Some larger items (such as infrared saunas or cold plunges) may ship via freight delivery.
Shipment Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking when available. Tracking information is generated by the supplier or carrier once your order has been dispatched by the fulfillment partner. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.
Insurance
Shipments may be insured against loss or damage. If there is an issue with delivery, contact us so we can assist and coordinate with the fulfillment partner.
6. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details and a link to follow delivery progress. Tracking is provided by the carrier assigned by our supplier or manufacturer. If you have not received tracking information within the expected processing window, please contact us at support@wellnesslifestyleshop.com.
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your delivery exceeds the stated estimate, email us at support@wellnesslifestyleshop.com or call 1-510-674-0746. We will coordinate with our supplier and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
- Confirm the shipping address used at checkout
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace through our fulfillment partner
Damaged Packages
- Photograph the packaging and the item(s)
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wellnesslifestyleshop.com
We will review the information and coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer to arrange a replacement, parts, or refund as appropriate.
8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and item details. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Because orders are fulfilled through our supplier network, approved returns are shipped to the designated supplier or manufacturer return facility — not to our business address. The return address will be provided upon approval. In summary, most items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, subject to approval and exclusions.
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Refund timing: Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days after inspection/approval (bank processing time may vary)
10. Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly. Because orders are dispatched directly by our supplier or manufacturer, address corrections after an order is placed may not always be possible.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
