5.1 Shipping Policy

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping times, costs, and procedures. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier on our behalf through our supplier network.

Shipping destination: We ship to the contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Shipping charges: Orders $100+ ship free. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

Order Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched by the fulfillment partner (manufacturer or supplier).

5.2 Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to support@wellnesslifestyleshop.com. We will coordinate with our supplier to arrange a replacement, parts, or refund.
• Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with your order number and item details. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and resolve accordingly.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier by our supplier or manufacturer. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier after the item has been dispatched.

Because orders are fulfilled through our supplier network, approved returns are shipped to the designated supplier or manufacturer return facility — not to our business address.
